We offer standard, expedited, and white-glove delivery services. All fragile instruments are shipped in specialized protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect tuning and condition.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website where you can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
What is your return policy for opened merchandise?
We offer a 30-day return window. For hygiene reasons, items such as mouthpieces, reeds, and in-ear monitors must be unopened. Other gear can be returned in original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
